CBRE Appoints Jorgen Arnesen as Managing Director of Norway

Oslo, Norway – 6 November 2025 – CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has appointed Jorgen Arnesen as Managing Director of Advisory Services in Norway, effective 1 January 2026. Arnesen will report to Colin Waddell, Managing Director, Nordic Region.

Arnesen is a corporate finance, real estate & investment leader, with Pan-Nordic and international cross-border deal experience. He transitions to this role from his position as Executive Director and Head of Nordics within CBRE's Investment Banking team - a role he has held for the past five years. Before joining CBRE, he held positions at Fortigo Properties, Newsec, SEB and UNION, where he focused on real estate transactions, M&A, fundraising, private placements, IPO's, financial & strategic advisory, debt and business development.
