Digital innovation involves the transition from an analogue to a digital valuation provider. We believe that innovative product development enhances our premium service delivery, and the launch of the new Digital Valuation Service line will improve valuation transparency and assist our clients in effective risk management. New products such as Automated Digital Valuations, Digital Reporting and Forecasting and Digital Predictive Analysis are thrilling additions to our service offering and will be rolled out across the Nordic region in early 2022. Furthermore, our global Valuation and Digital and Technology teams are working together on a pipeline of new digital products which leverage CBRE’s market-leading data insights to redefine the industry’s gold standard for valuation and advisory services and deliver a competitive advantage to our clients.
Sustainability leadership is a vital factor in quantifying the value of sustainability and climate risk mitigation strategies. In the Nordics, we are currently re-shaping our databases to capture specific building sustainability KPIs to report on value impacts going forward. We are also establishing a bespoke advisory team to advise on sustainability strategies and investment impacts on existing property portfolios to ensure our clients’ future success.
Expanding consulting services to include forecasting on the back of big data is not only about understanding the value today but understanding the elements that will shape the value to come. At CBRE Nordic Valuation and Advisory we are engaged in bespoke consulting assignments to provide feasibility reports and forecasting using a combination of big data, CBRE accumulated data and in-house experts to process, analysis and interpret the information and provide informed forecasts.
