As we approach the festive season, let's take a moment to reflect on the year 2024 in the real estate sector.  

2024 has been a year of gradual recovery, marked by initial optimism that evolved into a more realistic understanding of a rate-led recovery. The investment market regained its growth trajectory, albeit slower than predicted, finishing slightly higher compared to 2023.

Looking ahead to 2025, we have reason for optimism. The business environment is improving, and we will enter the new year with good momentum.
