Thomas Rasmussen is Senior Valuation Analyst in the Danish Valuation & Advisory Services Team. He has four years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the residential market within Denmark. He has experience in valuing some of the largest residential portfolios in Denmark, as well as providing commercial due diligence on many of the major residential transactions over the past couple of years. In addition, he is actively involved in market research, data analysis, and feasibility consulting, collaborating closely with the CBRE research team.

Peter Svendsen is Director of the Danish Valuation & Advisory Services Team. Peter has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has been an advisor in CBRE Capital Markets, a business manager in a mortgage credit institution, a sales manager in a leading private property investment company and a Real Estate Agent and Valuer. Peter has extensive experience in mediating and advising portfolios and platforms under international auspices in all segments and has special expert knowledge of the complex Danish housing law.
