CBRE's analysis of the Arctic hotel market reveals a strong performance during the May-October 2025 period, driven by the "coolcation" trend and cruise tourism. 

The report, covering key cities and 94 hotels, highlights a 64.4% surge in total room revenue since 2019, reaching nearly EUR 140 million.

The exurban market saw significant gains, with a record-breaking RevPAR. Cruise tourism also played a key role, with projections for continued growth.
