Emma Kaksonen and Linn Gregorsson

Emma is Director in the Capital Markets Finland. Since joining the Capital Markets team in 2014 Emma has gathered a wide experience in transactions of all major property classes as well as different transaction types ranging from forward purchase to forward funding, portfolio deals to sale and leaseback. Since April 2020 Emma’s main focus area is in the care and public property transactions and in her current role she works in close cooperation with her colleagues from the CBRE’s European Specialist Healthcare Advisory team.

Linn is Associate Director in the Swedish Capital Markets team in Stockholm. Linn has since joining CBRE in 2015 gained broad experience from the most notable transactions in the Swedish market. Linn works daily with buy side- and sell side mandates from initiation to closing, where tasks included are analysis, client marketing, due diligence management and SPA negotiation.
