Global real estate advisor, CBRE has today announced the appointment of Kenneth Dreyer Andersen as Head of Project Management (PjM), Nordics and Denmark.
Kenneth will be responsible to lead and grow CBRE's PjM Advisory business for the Nordics and Denmark. Based in Denmark, he will report to Remco Kroeze with a matrix report to Per Weinreich, Managing Director, CBRE Denmark. Kenneth will in this role be working closely with the Continental European PjM Advisory team, headed by Remco Kroeze.
Before joining CBRE, Kenneth worked for EMCON A/S, a Danish project and engineering consulting company, as the strategic client advisor and client representative. He has also held various senior project leadership roles at DSV, a global transport and logistics company, in both Denmark and North America and worked for the retailer Lidl in Denmark and the US.

CBRE also announced the appointment of Antti Asteljoki who joins CBRE as Head of Project Management, Finland. Antti will lead the development and growth of the PjM Advisory and Business Consulting business in Finland, in close cooperation with the Nordic team. He brings extensive experience and a broad network in the Finnish Real Estate market.
Antti joins CBRE from Lehto, a Finnish construction company where he served as Chief Commercial Officer, looking after the group’s commercial activities as well as its sustainability strategy and the development of its operation in Sweden. Before this, Antti worked at Sato, a Finnish housing provider, as Executive Vice President of its Housing Business.
Antti will report to Kenneth Dreyer Andersen, with a matrix report to Siri Tulikoura, Managing Director, CBRE Finland.
