Helsinki - 10 January 2023 - Global real estate advisor, CBRE has today announced the appointment of Jouni Levo as Head of Capital Markets in Finland, effective on 1 February 2023. Based in Helsinki, he will report to Siri Tulikoura, Managing Director, and work within the wider Nordic Capital Markets team, led by Patrik Kallenvret.
Jouni has extensive experience in corporate finance services for real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked as Senior Vice President at YIT´s Property Development segment with responsibility on real estate investments and transactions as well as wind power. His previous employers include SEB Corporate Finance, where his responsibilities covered real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy related advisory services in Finland, and PwC.
Jouni will lead CBRE Finland´s Capital Markets business that combines Investment Properties, Debt & Structured Finance, and Real Estate Investment Banking units into a single fully integrated service offering.
