Helsinki - 17 January 2023 - Global real estate advisor, CBRE has today announced the appointment of Jussi Niemistö as Head of Research, Nordics. Jussi is a well-known real estate research expert and a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). He has led CBRE´s research operations in Finland since 2019. The promotion is effective immediately and Jussi will have a dual role, remaining as Head of Research for Finland as well.
Jussi will take over the Nordic leadership position from Amanda Welander, who has been appointed as Director, Capital Market, CBRE Sweden. In Jussi’s new role, he will be responsible for leading and developing all research activities within the Nordic region. Based in Helsinki, he will report to Siri Tulikoura, Managing Director, Finland and Jos Tromp, Global Head of Data Intelligence, Head of Research & Data Intelligence, Continental Europe.
