PRESS RELEASE, 19 May 2021: Global real estate advisor, CBRE has today announced the appointment of Patrik Kallenvret as Managing Director - Head of Capital Markets, Nordics.
In addition to his new Nordic role, Patrik will continue to lead the Capital Markets business in Sweden and report to Colin Waddell, Managing Director of the Nordic region. Since 2013, Patrik has held a position of Managing Director at CBRE Sweden and he will continue in that role in the interim and hand over the managing director duties for Sweden to a successor to be announced due course.
CBRE´s Nordic Capital Markets team provides its domestic and international clients with a full range of transactional, capital advisory, investment banking, and debt advisory services throughout the Nordic region. Local Capital Market leads will report to Patrik including Henrik Calton, Head of Capital Markets, Finland, Christian Bro Jansen, Head of Capital Markets, Denmark, and Alexander Stensrud, Head of Capital Markets, Norway. That also includes Jørgen Arnesen, Head of Real Estate Investment Banking, Nordics and Amanda Welander, Head of Research, Nordics.
